Shipping and Return Policy


Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver all over Egypt and we ship internationally.


How long does it take to receive my item?

Within Egypt 4-6 business days.

Internationally 7-14 business days.


Which shipping companies do you use?

Within Egypt we use Bosta.

For international shipping we use DHL.


Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

Within Egypt, yes we do.

Internationally unfortunately not, because our courier does not accept it.


What is you return and exchange policy?

Items need to be in their original condition.

Outside of Egypt we have a no return or exchange policy.

Within Egypt you have 14 days to return or exchange an item.

For returns done through our shipping partners, a return fee applies, same as the shipping cost.

For returns of Cash On Delivery orders. You can either visit any of our stores and get a cash refund or get a refund through an online bank transfer.




How do I order one of your products?

We would love it if you came to visit one of our store locations in Egypt to see our whole collection. 

If you are unable to, you may order here through the website.

I’ve seen something on Facebook/Instagram but you don’t have it on the website.

If there is something that you have seen on our social media that isn’t on the website, get in touch by chat, Facebook, Instagram or email and we will try and get the item for you. 

The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?

Give us your contact information and we will let you know when it becomes available again.

How do I pay?

If you are in Egypt you can pay by credit card or cash on delivery. If you are an international customer you can pay by card only. 

Will my item look exactly like the picture?

No, all of our items are handmade and unique. No two items are exactly the same.

What materials do you use?

For Shawls: We use 100% Egyptian cotton, wool and Indian cashmere.

For Wallets and Bags: We use 100% Egyptian cotton, genuine Egyptian leather and, when specified, vegan leather.
